Russell serves as a commercial loan officer in South County, Rhode Island. He is responsible for growing the Bank’s commercial lending portfolio and managing a group of business loan relationships.
Russell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bryant University and is actively involved with the community. Hahn is Chairman of the Board for Sargent Rehabilitation Center and serves as Vice Chairman on the boards of the Ocean State Business Development Authority and Rhode Island Airport Corporation.
