Richard has over 27 years of investment and financial planning experience, most recently from Bluestone Bank (formerly Mansfield Bank), where he spent 17 years as a senior vice president and financial consultant. Prior to that, he was Director of Financial Planning for Prudential Insurance Company of America and was Vice President/Senior Financial Planner at Citizens Financial Services/Citizens Bank. He is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a BA in Psychology and a former Adjunct Professor at Bryant University in the Executive Development Program. As a combat veteran, he is active in local and national veterans organizations. Richard lives in Smithfield with his family.
