How can I enroll my business for Business Online Banking
?

You may enroll your Business by simply calling our Customer Support Center at

How do I log in once the Business Online Banking enrollment is complete?

Once your business has been successfully enrolled, you will receive a verification email from the bank with login instructions.

How do I add “Sub Users” in the Business Online Banking system?

Only the “Administrator” with full access can create additional sub-users.

Within your logged in session:

  • Select Administration Tab
  • Select New Business User
  • Fill out the Cash User Settings information fields
  • Submit

Why is my Sub User in a “Pending Approval” status?

For security reasons, once a sub user is created by the Full Administrator, the user's access goes into a “Pending” status until the bank approves it. Approval may take up to two business days or you may contact us right away so we can verify and approve the information.

How does my Sub User log into Business Online Banking after the pending status has been approved?

Once the bank approves the sub user, a verification email will be sent directly to them with login instructions.


How do I temporarily restrict the login access for a Sub User (i.e. vacation, leave of absence)?

Within your logged in session:

  • Select Administration Tab
  • Under the Business User List, locate the sub user and select “User Settings” from the select option drop down menu
  • Click the “Hold User” box
  • Submit

How do I permanently delete a Sub User from Business Online Banking?

Within your logged in session:

  • Select Administration Tab
  • Under the Business User List, locate the sub user and select “Delete” from the select option drop down menu
  • Confirm Delete

What are the steps a “Full Access Administrator” takes to reset an online password for their Sub Users?

Within your logged in session:

  • Select Administration Tab
  • Under the Business User List, locate the sub user and select “User Settings” from the select option drop down menu
  • Within the Online Banking Password Section-Change and confirm password
  • Submit

What happens if the “Full Access Administrator” gets locked out of Business Online Banking?

They must call the Customer Support Center at 1-866-422-6574 during normal business hours for assistance.
