BankRI is no longer processing new PPP loans as funding is no longer available under the CARES Act.
We are committed to helping you with the forgiveness portion of the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) and have provided the information and resources below to assist you.
We are currently processing forgiveness for the First Draw PPP Loans. Links to our portal will be sent to customers when BankRI launches its Second Draw forgiveness initiative.
PPP loan forgiveness is in-process for First Draw PPP loans and we have sent emails to PPP loan borrowers with information on how to apply. In the event that you have not yet received an email with information regarding the forgiveness process and you want to begin the forgiveness process, please contact your BankRI representative or relationship manager. If you are unsure who to contact about your PPP Loan, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Customer Service Center at 866-422-6574 and they will direct you to the correct representative. When you do receive our email, it will contain the information you need to log in to our online forgiveness application portal. The portal is hosted by Abrigo, a company we have engaged to help streamline the forgiveness application process.
