Bank Rhode Island generally invests in organizations that match our focus areas. At a minimum, an organization must have 501 (C)(3) status as defined by the Internal Revenue Code.

Bank Rhode Island’s contributions range in size with the average contribution less than $2,000. Smaller requests ($100 or less) may be made at a branch. Bank Rhode Island will review only one proposal per organization within a 12-month period.
In-kind donations of facilities, technical resources and employee volunteers are considered on an individual basis.
