Universal Bankers: Interested in something different? At BankRI, our branch teams do more than cash checks. They handle all aspects of a customer's banking relationship - from deposits, to loans, to business banking. That's why we call them "Universal Bankers". Branch Managers: Immediate openings available for full-time Branch Manager positions.
Customer Support Center Representative, Customer Call Center: Identify and respond to customer needs while being sensitive to the importance of excellence in service. Handle a variety of customer issues, including concerns. Handle calls in a professional and timely manner. Participate in outbound call initiatives to promote bank products. Assist in achieving department sales goals.
This position is 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience, preferably in a banking environment.
- Possess internet and online banking knowledge and skills.
- Previous knowledge of retail banking products and services.
- Ability to handle departmental projects along with phone duties.
- Excellent oral communication skills and pleasant telephone demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, if required. Ability to train during day shift hours.
