Commercial Real Estate Lender: Develop new business relationships for the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate loan portfolio through existing contacts, referrals, and professional organizations. This position is primarily responsible for the growth of sound and profitable loan and deposit relationships. Accountable for presenting qualified prospects, solid credit analysis and well structured loan proposals for management loan approval. Develop strong customer relationships through a consistent calling program as well as through anticipating and fulfilling customer needs for ancillary products and services. Position requires strong negotiating skills for working within a very competitive market. A strong understanding of the Real Estate market and having established contacts within the Bank’s target area is necessary. Customer Support Center Representative, Team Leader Call Center Operations: Works under the supervision of CSC Manager. Assists manager in facilitating department sales and service goals, incentives and motivating and coaching employees. Provides prompt and timely service, responding to all telephone inquiries for all types of accounts. Quotes rates, describes products, provide information regarding the status of accounts, assist in problem solving and makes suggestions, while ensuring situations are handled in an efficient manner. Oversee daily operation of Customer Support in the absence of the CSC Manager. Maintains staff schedule and workflow. Market Manager: This position is responsible for the development and execution of the retail business plan for a defined geographic region in the Bank’s primary market. The Retail Market Manager will expand business and consumer relationships in their area to meet or exceed assigned sales goals and business objectives as outlined in the Bank’s strategic and business plans. Successfully leads, manages and motivates the sales teams through coaching, mentoring and performance management skills. Works across business units and banking departments to deliver a “World Class Experience” for the bank’s customers and employees. Represents the Bank in the communities we serve through demonstrated leadership, advisory and consultative roles in business, civic and community organizations.

Web Developer/Programming Analyst: This position is responsible for the design, creation, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, operation and support for Internet/intranet Web interface applications and systems. Position creates bank-wide, dynamic Intranet / Internet and applications using technologies such as ASP, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, Flash, and FrontPage. Must also be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Image Ready or Macromedia Fireworks. Ensures compliance with legal requirements, regulatory, audit and internal policy and guidelines. Revises policies and implements changes to procedure when necessary. Must be client-focused and have exceptional problem solving skills as well as an ability to work with multiple technologies and languages.
